Company History
Founded in the late 1950s, our company began as a small machine shop specializing in commercial fishing equipment and marine mechanical repairs. Over the decades, it steadily evolved, expanding its expertise into the design and manufacture of specialized diving equipment for underwater hull cleaning.
In 2021, the company entered a new chapter under the name PREMATECH, marking the beginning of a modern era of innovation and growth. By integrating advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment—including CNC machining centers, laser cutting and welding systems, and press brake machinery—our fabrication capabilities were elevated to a new level.
